Enroll in the Smart Guard Plan

•  The Smart Guard Plan is designed to give customers peace of mind in the event they should ever need wildlife removal or pest control services.
• The Smart Guard Plan puts you at the top of the list if services are ever needed.  Similar to a retainer for services.  Customers can also choose to convert their Smart Guard Plan deposit into a service option at anytime during or prior to the expiration of the 1 year deposit term. (see conversion options below)

• Once enrolled in the Smart Guard Plan a technician will be dispatched to the residence that the Smart Guard Plan is registered to, within 48 hours of notification. 
• Notification and an explanation of the wildlife/pest concerns or services must come from the registered Smart Guard Plan customer via email, phone call or text message.  Customer must have confirmation that ARC Pest Control LLC has received their notification for service.

• Once on-site the technician will assess the situation and develop a service plan of action WITH the Smart Guard Plan customer.
• Once the plan is agreed to the technician will then immediately begin the removal, treatment or agreed to services as per the plan.
• No further payment will be required at that time (see below for Smart Guard Plan payment term)

• Smart Guard Plan customers will be billed on a (net30 day) term.   You will have 30 calendar days to submit payment for the services rendered per the previously discussed service plan and service agreement.
• The Smart Guard Plan gives customers flexibility and time to make payments.  Often times wildlife removal or pest control issues are unforeseen expenses that occur. 
• Having the peace of mind of immediate action and the flexibility of being billed on a net30 is a major benefit to our customers.

*A technician will come out per a scheduled visit to place multiple traps for rodents/pests.  Technician will return within 10 days to remove traps.

*A technician will set and bait multiple exterior rodent/pest bait stations on a scheduled visit.  Technician will return within 10 days to remove the stations.

*A technician will preform an exterior mosquito and tick treatment on a scheduled visit.

*A technician will preform an interior general pest control spray treatment within the Smart Guard Plan customers residence.
